Zimbra source code architecture is quite particular. In order to implement Network edition only features you might need to add their new ldap attributes.
Well, those ldap attributes (not their functionality) need to be present in the FOSS source code too.
That's when we spot them.
Actual useful code regarding those Network edition only ldap attributes would only be implemented in Network edition bits. (E.g. Limit Activesync access to several ranges of IPs.)

You need to dig through a lot of repos changes to find out what useful code/functionality ends up in the FOSS source code. As I have not automated this diff task between versions among many repos I am currently unable to say if FOSS version will end up having Limit IMAP access to several ranges of IPs feature or not.
