In another thread, it's noted that these packages are coming from the zimbra-1010-oss repo (intended for a forthcoming 10.1 release), which are enabled in Ian's builds as he is working from the development branch. If installing his 10.0.7 build I would recommend temporarily disabling the 1010 repo, and a manual fixup may be required to /opt/zimbra/conf/httpd.conf to re-enable the PHP 7 module.
