Administrators • 404 must authenticate

Hey guys, my company has set up a multi server zimbra 9.0.0 OSS. We have 4 proxy sit behind a load balancer, but we encounter a lot of error when getting attachment from mail.
It returned 404 or 401 (must authenticate)
Do anyone know how to solve this??
