I opened a Sev-1 Support Case for this and heard back that all you need to do is run:
No script to build from a wiki, no key to remove from a keystore. Just the one line above and apt-get update worked fine again.
Very disappointing that Zimbra could not have published a Security Notification or emailed customers ahead of time in making this change.
