Users • Out of office - send only to externals

Good morning,

I write in the group "users" as I am really just a very simple user with no further knowledge in programming or other IT-stuff Image may be NSFW.

But I am a user, that likes to have the features in a way to make my IT-life easier ... who doesn't Image may be NSFW.

. In this case, after more than 20 years of using Zimbra (for business causes), I tried to activate an "out of office" message, that does only appear to external users.

I explain myself: I am in CC of a huge quantity of e-mails form my colleagues, who all know very well that I am not in the office for a longer time. So, you certainly agree that it makes no sense to let them getting x times per day these OOO replies.

In a perfect world, I would be able to enter a list of:
1) domains (as I work currently with more than 4 different domains) AND
2) e-mail adresses


that would not get my OOO message.

For the moment, there is only the feature to send an auto-reply message to all, or to send custom messages to people that are not in my organization (optional: and address book). Furthermore I can chose to "don't send an auto-reply message to external sender", which is just the opposite to what I need.

I would be glad, if anyone could tell me whether that feature exists, but I couldn't find it or if it really hasn't been developed yet (and maybe even not asked for by anyone) in which case I would hope, someone would think about doing it Image may be NSFW.
