We are having a problem with a new batch of Pixel 8 Pro's that won't connect to Zimbra 9.0.0_GA_4597.network. I don't even know where to start diagnosing this but here are the symptoms that we see. If we choose to connect as exchange and choose manual setup, we see a one line hit when monitoring access.log.<date> but see no other evidence of any connection attempt in any other log files. This is when using the built in gmail app that as always worked for us in the past.
On the phone side it fails and pops up the message "Check your account info and try again, or switch to modern auth below. When trying modern auth we nothing at all, even in access.log and the phone just hangs forever at "Getting account info".
