just a little update:
this problem have nothing to do with zimbra or proxmox, i've finnaly find the cause of the bug, it's an incompatibility beetween my servers (DELL R250) and my UPS! (BACK-UPS RS1200G)
each time the UPS make a self-test, all R250 suddently lock the cpu clock to 200Mhz![:D]( "Very Happy")
and a reboot not solve the problem, only a full shutdown.
apparently it's a bug on R250,dell has been notified.
